This Privacy Policy explains how PhotoForm ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application. PhotoForm is a passport, exam, and application photo resizer available on Android.

1. Local Processing Only

All photo capture, cropping, resizing, and saving happens entirely on your device. PhotoForm does not upload, share, or store your photos on any external servers or cloud services. No internet connection is used while the app is running.

2. Camera Access

PhotoForm requests access to your device's camera so you can take passport and ID photos directly in the app. This permission is used only for real-time photo capture and in-app processing. We do not record or transmit anything beyond what you choose to do inside the app.

3. Photo Gallery Access

PhotoForm requests permission to read photos from your device so you can select an existing photo to crop or resize. It also saves your final, formatted photos to your device's gallery when you choose to export them. Photos are only accessed at your explicit request.

4. Data We Collect

PhotoForm does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location.
• We do not collect analytics or crash data through third-party SDKs.
• We do not show ads or share data with advertisers.
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

5. Local App Data

The app may store your in-app preferences and a history of your processing activity locally on your device (for example, to remember your settings). This data never leaves your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

6. Children's Privacy

PhotoForm does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Security

Because your photos and data never leave your device, there is no transmission of personal information over the internet. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you of significant changes within the app. Continued use of PhotoForm after changes means you accept the updated policy.
